Another great event is in the books.  The weather cooperated for the four day event that featued a full field of golfers. Weekend entertainment by The Hank Williams Jr. band and Larry the Cable Guy had the standing room only crowds laughing and dancing.  Over 90 silent auction items and over 70 live auction items were used to raise money for our kids.  Special thanks to ALL of the volunteers that put their energy into this top notch event.

mossy oak Properties, Inc. is excited to announce “Closings for Kids” to the MOP Network.  An agent who closes a single listing that pays royalties of $3,000 and up is honored in a donation made by mossy oak Properties, Inc. to the agent’s choice of Camp Compass Academy or Catch-A-Dream Foundation.

Camp Compass, founded by john annoni in 2000, is a nonprofit organization developed to introduce urban, disadvantaged youth to various outdoor activities.  The children involved are helped through a structured program fostering self esteem, providing role models and influencing positive choices. 

The Catch-A-Dream Foundation grants once-in-a-lifetime hunting and fishing experiences to children 18 years old and younger who have a life threatening illness.  Catch-A-Dream’s singular purpose is to provide consumptive use outdoor experiences to fill the “gap” created when the Make-A-Wish Foundation established a national policy that precludes granting a child a wish that involves hunting or use of  “. . . firearms, hunting bows, or other hunting or sport-shooting equipment.”

Both Camp Compass Academy and The Catch-A-Dream Foundation have always been held close to the hearts of many at Mossy Oak and Mossy Oak Properties.  Two outstanding, unique and deserving organizations that have touched so many lives.
